I highly recommend this clinic. After seeing three other gastroenterologists, I didn’t receive the right treatment, so my symptoms worsened and became debilitating. I finally found the right care with Dr. Sasha Fehily. She is incredibly patient and understanding. Thanks to her expertise, I’m finally on the right path.
I've found the medical staff to be lovely and professional. However, one of the receptionists has been repeatedly rude and condescending. This has tarnished my experience of the clinic.
Absolutely disgraceful service. Attended an appointment, made payment in full to then be informed that a referral was required to claim a Medicare rebate (my initial referral had expired, in which no one had advised nor informed me expired to begin with). Obtained referral to be told that because the referral was not dated the day of the appointment the practice would not accept.
