Absolutely disgraceful service. Attended an appointment, made payment in full to then be informed that a referral was required to claim a Medicare rebate (my initial referral had expired, in which no one had advised nor informed me expired to begin with). Obtained referral to be told that because the referral was not dated the day of the appointment the practice would not accept. I have been visiting the clinic for a while now to get my scans done, and am thoroughly impressed with their exceptional service. From the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel welcomed and comfortable. The reception team is friendly and efficient! Highly recommend the service provided here, thank you!
Would never use again for anybody. Found them to be rude, dishonest and disrespectful. Then claim its our fault for their terrible terrible service (not to mention threatening). Never going back.
My experience with the clinic has been a breath of fresh air. Dr Rebecca smith and Ilana Gory were very thorough and professional with all scans and scopes. The ladies on reception were always kind and helpful. I would highly recommend them to anyone seeking help with their tum 🩷
