Doctor has been helpful and keep up with me. Big thank you to Monica in the office for working so hard to make sure pre-authorization is done before my procedure.
Referred to this doctor from Holloman AFB. Called for an appointment and was told they didn't have access to the system that sends the referrals. Receptionist was very rude telling me that they didn't use computers and/or email. Was told to fax referral which I did and still wouldn't make an appointment. Not sure I want to see a doctor who can't be bothered to use a computer. Went to Las Cruces for procedure instead.
Friendly, knowledgable, and seen very quickly. Office appears well run.
