The colonoscopy went well. Everyone was great. The staff including the doctor were friendly and professional. I've always been treated with respect and they're very caring.
The team in charge of my colonoscopy was professional and reassuring. They were aware of things that could cause me discomfort and went out of their way to accommodate me so I wasn’t in pain or anxious. I have an arm implant and they made sure that the blood pressure monitor didn’t unnecessarily put pressure in my arm. The anesthesiologist also was kind and held my hand when it hurt from the anesthesia. They were all very nice people.
It was very difficult to book an appointment. I had to call 3 times to confirm my faxed referral. Once I got an appointment, they scheduled me with a nurse 14 weeks out. I’m suffering with stomach pain and regurgitation almost everyday
The staff and Dr were wonderful! Very professional, friendly, informative of each process. Communications were terrific via email and text. Everything went right on schedule and recovery is going well. We highly recommend Peabody Lahey to anyone.
If I could give negative stars, I would. This practice has fraudulently charged me - I never even was a patient of any practitioner there, but I am being charged by a physician named GOLDAR-NAJAFI, ATOUSSA. After two rounds of audits, the practice is still insisting that I received services from this physician. Do yourself a huge favor and RUN far away from these CROOKS.
