I’m only giving 1 star because I’m not Abel to give any never bring a family member her this office is horrible all they care about is money my husbands insurance changed I called to notify them they told me his Dr did not accept his insurance but another Dr in there office did I took the appt got to the office on the day of the appt to find the Dr rescheduled all patients and I was never notified I got another appointment showed up to get my husbands results from a ultrasound and blood work and was told the visit would be $... read more
I have never seen patient care like this office does patient care. From the moment you walk in or talk to any staff over the phone you know and feel they care for you. I have never seen this level of quality towards patients. I have a procedure coming up and I love how much they call you and inform you and every step uf the way leading up to the procedure date. I prepared for today's colonoscopy following all the protocols. I picked up my medications and called twice on Friday to confirm. I left a message with a woman and also on the voicemail of the person in charge of giving instructions on how to prepare for the exam.
