There are way too many things for me to list on here about how bad Dr. Howard is as a gastroenterologist. He needs to get a paper route or do something that I think he’s capable of doing. He has been absolutely useless and does not give a crap About my problem or what I am going through and he is a definite smart ass. Great & friendly staff.
The staff is RUDE and INCOMPETENT of doing their job, including the office manager at Dr. Hande’s office. He needs to replace the witch at the front desk, who NEVER answers the phone, and the waiting room is empty. No calls in the queue, and she lets it go to voicemail, and no one turns your calls. I’m not sure that the Dr. is aware of these issues, but I don’t want to ever go back to that office!
