The staff is RUDE and INCOMPETENT of doing their job, including the office manager at Dr. Hande’s office. He needs to replace the witch at the front desk, who NEVER answers the phone, and the waiting room is empty. No calls in the queue, and she lets it go to voicemail, and no one turns your calls. I’m not sure that the Dr. is aware of these issues, but I don’t want to ever go back to that office!

Use to see Dr Gaffney, apparently she ran the office because ever since she left, nobody answers the phone, when you do talk to someone they are rude … walk into the office and there is all kinds of staff visiting with each other and socializing. Changing my care immediately!!!!
I honestly don’t think anyone works here. It’s IMPOSSIBLE to get someone on the phone. Most of the extension lines don’t work and you just get a voicemail saying to call the main line again. Eventually after waiting long enough you will get a voicemail box to leave a message but don’t expect anyone to call you back.
