Susan Knoerr is extremely vigilant, and does her job well. As far as the rest of this place, it's a joke. They setup appointment, after unnecessary appointment. They're all about making money, and not actually treating their patients. I was told 2-3 weeks for the doctor to look over my notes, and submit paperwork. It has been 3 months, and the doctor hasn't even reviewed my files. Yet I have my halfway through treatment appointment on November 11th. Guess what?!
