See for yourself I find it hard to believe that ANYONE would spend 1000.00 dollars to clear up a pool. I dont even spend that in one season with my opening and closing. Lapeer Pool has been helpfull and Andrea that works there is amazing. She is helpfull and up to date with her information!! I have visited the competition in Inlay City (Viscount) and they are severely lacking in the customer service area that Lapeer Pool offers. Pricing is the same as other stores in the area and I will recommend them to anyone!!
horrible Being a seasoned veteran pool owner, and never having my pool turn green or cloudy I pretty much know what I'm talking about. I've been to this place 2 times this year and they are the most un helpfull people ever. Especially the guy that works there. Both times the guy tried making it sound like I was dumb, and he had no idea what winterizer for my pool was. They are over priced and they just selling you stuff for no reason. I will never go back. Highly Recommended!! All I can say is wow!! Lapeer Pool has helped me more than I can imagine. My husband is in Iraq and he was my pool boy. Andrea and Michelle helped me take a BLACK pool and make it clear within a week. They were persistanat about following their directions- and for a good reason- it worked !! A minimal amount spent and great service- My pool was closed by their company a few days ago and Mike and Bill were extremely friendly and professional. Lapeer Pool and Spa Well, I will say that it easy to find this place. The ladies that work there are nice. This about concludes my positive remarks about LP&S. It is the middle of July and my pool is just now usable. They came out and opened up my pool in May. They didn't change the sand in the filter, or teach us how to do so. Also, my husband had to do a lot of heavy lifting of the solar cover and the bricks that hold the tarp on for the winter.
