Very unhappy with the front desk gal at this clinic. I called, bc I have severe gastroparesis and I’m needing to find a new doctor bc we just moved. I called, asking to become a patient and as we were getting to my insurance information she asked for “the policy number, the one that starts with the letters.” Well, my card has an Identification Number and a Group Number, both starting with letter, so I said to her “the Identification Number?
