This place is HORRIBLE, go elsewhere. Save yourself the worse experience . I had my appointment scheduled 15 months after my doctor's referral as they were booked until then. One day before procedure, I was call to confirm appointment at 9:30 a.m. and was told not to be late. I arrived at 9:10 a.m. but didn't get my vitals checked until two hours after I arrived. El peor lugar atiende a la gente después de 4a 6 horas no hay asientos suficientes para los pacientes y no prestan los baños
Very unprofessional. Never experienced something like this in my life. Not sure how they are still allowed to give care to patients. I arrived 30 mins earlier than my appointment, I filled out the forms and gave them to the older lady at the front, and then she called me in to take my vitals and screening. She looked at me and exclaimed angrily, raising her voice “you’re 59 years old? Your face doesn’t seem like 59. What did you do to your face?” Not in a complimenting way, like she was angry.
