The person that answers the phone is very rude. Cant be believe what kind of staff you have in this professional building y'all really need to train your employees again. The attitude they have is like they don't like dealing with us customers.
The person that is in charge of making appointments is rude. If she doesn’t like her job than she should just quit. Do not make appointments here unless you want to be dealing with rude staff!!
