To start off I have a history of medical trauma and PTSD from it. My colonoscopy with Dr Vachaparambil and the equally amazing staff here was honestly a healing experience. I felt seen, empowered, and truly cared for by everyone here. From reception, to pre op, to the procedure (I skipped sedation for mine), and recovery. EVERYONE WAS AMAZING! I felt truly safe here. A absolute professional staff. Was recommended to make the 4 hour drive because there were very good. And they are. Dr. Duggan and Dr. Williams did both my EDG and Colonoscopy during two separate procedures this past two months. The nurses in prep staff were awesome. The front staff was awesome.
I have been trying to schedule endoscopy for a month. Once a week to trying 15 times a day and never get any response. At all. I will have stage 4 before I hear from them.
