[This is a Google post that won't show up - Google hates my mean reviews]. EXTREMELY HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!!!! The staff here absolutely could not give f**k about their patients. I was supposed to do a "Telehealth" visit with Dr. Kafrouni, and a couple of hours before the appointment I called the office to inform them that I never got any instructions or emails on how to do this "Telehealth" thing.
