Zero wait times. Dr. Leonard was very easy to talk to and made my time feel valuable.
I called today in regards to my care by the PA Jena. The receptionist who answered the phone was combative and argumentative when I defended myself back she then hung up the phone. I think for any medical practice to have receptionist to be argumentative with patients and then to hang up on them is unacceptable. Patients are calling sick and unwell and dealing with medical issues. So to hang up on me was very rude. I had an appointmet on 11/25/2024. What an amazing experience I had from the minute I walked in, great and efficient front desk staff, less than 5 min wait time and of course outstanding GI expert Dr. Taub. I would highly recommend this office to anyone with any GI needs/issues.
