The staff was friendly, kind, and a little unnecessarily loud. The office walls are paper thin, and patients could hear other patients' personal business and I did NOT like that. I know of Dr. Borak from the office on Stephenson Avenue, but we've had very little interaction i.e., colonoscopy. During the visit he left the room a few times and ALWAYS explained why, i.e. looking for, xrays, MRIs, info from other healthcare professionals, etc. He suggested next steps to rule out anything that may be a cause of concern. My wife and I have been patients at Gastroenterology Consultants since we moved to this area. Dr. Borak and his team including his PA, Mirada Christensen, have been exceptional. We are both in our 70’s with complicated histories, they are patient, professional and kind. They take the time to make sure we understand treatments and procedures and they follow up. We are happy that we are their patients and highly recommend their practice.
