After being given the wrong date for a procedure by a receptionist at a different location, the kind employees here were able to get me in an entire month early. Dr. Challa and the team were very informative and respectful throughout the entire appointment.
The staff was very professional, polite and caring. Our Dr. was very knowledgeable, patient and let us ask detailed questions. We had some issues with an out of network pharmacy, however, our Dr. immediately fixed the situation to help us get our prescription at our own pharmacy.
I've had exceptional care, consultations, and work done from Mallory. She's highly versed and understood the problems I was facing physically and emotionally and offered great advice and answers in a professional but highly patient friendly manner. Highly grateful my primary care physiciano referred ne to this fine practice and great work by Dr. Ali and PA-C McFarland.
