the doctors might be good or even great but the office protocols are horrendous! I left 4 voice messages over the course of several weeks to inquire about test results and another voice message specifically for the office manager. All went unanswered. I dropped by the office a few days later to ask the office manager what expectations I should have, she stood by the "up to 24 hours" response time.
