The doctor here is very nice. He asked a lot of questions which is good because I think Eye Doctor should know you before they do anything to you or try to help you. I love the fact that he’s very patient and very kind. The front counter people are also very cool.

Dr. Shaik was the doctor who saw me while I was in the hospital. Although he was nice and professional, his office and staff leaves little to be desired. I went to the office for my post op visit and they charged me a copay! This should not be! This was a follow up visit. Then they scheduled me with another doctor even though Dr Shaik was there. My appointment was at 1pm and I wasn’t called back till 2:15!! I am disappointed with the lack of communication and their method of doing things. Their waiting room was warm and had ... read more

I was not impressed and will not be returning. When I woke from my colonoscopy and was very groggy the Dr came to go over everything with me without my fiancé there to ask questions and get clear information. That really upset me. Then they scheduled my follow up on Memorial Day which I mentioned when we booked it and there was no issue only for me to get a call the Thursday before that they would be closed. Dr. Shaikh and his staff were great! They care for their patients and are very kind! I attended my mother’s appointment with her, as she was a bit nervous for her first GI visit. But in joining her, I got to see how much Dr. Shaikh cares. He made sure to listen to our questions, and explained everything thoroughly. His thoroughness made all the difference, and was very reassuring. I really appreciate everything and look forward to future follow ups with him! Will definitely be recommending his office to friends and family!
