I am a nurse and would only recommend avoiding this practice. Dr.D did not show caring or concern for me or my illness. He could not tell me why I lost 40 pounds in a couple of months and do not have an appetite. No advice, no compassion. The only phone calls or attention I got from this office was about collecting another $40 co-pay, which I probably should not have been billed for due to all the issues and problems. Best GI Practice- Dr Miller and staff are the best. Took care of me and my mom. The staff is very friendly. Looking at reviews- its a shame that some people go out of there way with hate. But I have to say I would recommend this office to all my friends. Thank you

So I was to schedule a ultrasound this month. I was given a Imaging form for Baptist Health. I called to schedule the ultrasound but was unable. It seems that the Diagnosis Code I was given was incomplete. Additionally I was to have a Fibroscan and I was informed that no one associated with Baptist Health does Fibroscans. I had inital visit March 6. Was sent for several tests. I had to call the office several time to find out results. This last time I had another test done. I received the results from lab Corp in my patient portal. I left a message on the office answering machine asking what the next step is regarding the test results. 3 days in a row and still no call back! I sent a message thru the patient portal. I had the worst experience with an Endoscopy done by Dr. Doukides. It was painfully obvious that he does not care about his patients, and is doing the bare minimum to get by. Backstory - I had 4 days of abrupt puking starting Jan 15th followed by multiple weeks of really bad nausea, extreme fatigue, and increased HR and light headedness, daily, and I still have the HR issues and light headedness.
