Best GI Practice- Dr Miller and staff are the best. Took care of me and my mom. The staff is very friendly. Looking at reviews- its a shame that some people go out of there way with hate. But I have to say I would recommend this office to all my friends. Thank you
Only positive experiences from the front desk, doctors, etc. I have found the staff to go above and beyond to be helpful and friendly. I felt Dr.Miller was knowledgeable attentive and thorough throughout the whole process.
I had inital visit March 6. Was sent for several tests. I had to call the office several time to find out results. This last time I had another test done. I received the results from lab Corp in my patient portal. I left a message on the office answering machine asking what the next step is regarding the test results. 3 days in a row and still no call back! I sent a message thru the patient portal. I had the worst experience with an Endoscopy done by Dr. Doukides. It was painfully obvious that he does not care about his patients, and is doing the bare minimum to get by. Backstory - I had 4 days of abrupt puking starting Jan 15th followed by multiple weeks of really bad nausea, extreme fatigue, and increased HR and light headedness, daily, and I still have the HR issues and light headedness. Pretty disappointed. Had an appt with Dr. Miller which went fine and I was told I’d get a prescription filled which never happened. I tried calling both the office and the pharmacy a few times and spoke with someone once or twice but never got a call back to follow up. I decided I was going to cancel the 3 week follow up appt made at my initial one and when I called to cancel I wasn’t even asked why, it was just like “oh okay got it thanks” so pretty disappointed in my experience, not sure why I was allowed to fall through t... read more
