This is not a very efficient or well organized place. My insurance requires procedures to be done at an Advent Health facility. I informed this office of that fact on our very first phone call, and every subsequent call thereafter. I was told yes, no problem, we work with Advent and can schedule you whenever you want. This was about a routine colonoscopy which I wanted done on a Friday (my day off). They repeatedly told me yes yes yes to everything I asked about.
