I will start with the receptionist. She needs to be fired. She has no business dealing with clients. I have been attempting for a month get procedure instructions and prescriptions filled. It took 3 attempts to actually get the pre-procedure instruction from the office. The first email was sent with no attachment. When I responded there was no attachment, I got a response a couple days later that they did not know what i was looking for.
