I have an ulcer. Dr Martin go so rapped up in me being 70 and it was time for a colostomy that he wouldn't treat my ulcer. All communication was only through a nurse. Six months later I still have an ulcer.
Waited 35 minutes. Then receptionist announced my practitioner was running late and there would be another 40 minutes at least. Only 1 receptionist, so I had to wait on line to try to reschedule. Receptionist was great, but not going back.
Horrible! Completely unprofessional
I wish I could give them zero stars. I've tried three times with thrree doctors because of the name Cleveland. Three times out of three they have profoundly disappointed me and shown no regard for my humanity. Don't fall for the name. These people simply do not care. As a side note, two of the three front desk staff were laughing and when I asked them what was so funny they said they were looking at another patient's chart. Seriously?! The waiting room was empty so there is that. Don't go!
