I have been under Dr Keil, for awhile now, always find her to be nice and caring. I was abit shocked tho being an in-patient and receiving and $150 out off pocket expense. Besides that, iam happy.

I have been seeing Dr Kiel for a couple of years now and timely to provide a review. Having seen many GI Specialist over the years due to having Crohn’s disease since 2002 Dr Kiel is not my first GI Specialist. Dr Kiel is clear cut and determined to support wellbeing and high quality outcomes without all the back and forth some specialists have you jumping through many hoops not actually listening or hearing what their paitents are telling them. This has nothing to do with Dr.Kiel as we haven’t even gotten the opportunity to see her yet. Reading her reviews from her auchenflower practice reassure me she’s a great practitioner perhaps, so maybe it’s her admin team. Upon referral we got a text to call her room on a 1800 number that never gets answered. Indefinite hold times. Mailing in an inquiry form through her website got a response back, but apparently you need to fill the big form to be able to confirm her appointment in the first place. I have read a few reviews on Dr Keil and I would encourage you to get your doctor to refer you to her clinic. The referral process is very fast and officiant . There is paper work to do and links to follow its an easy process. My appointment at her practice is with a nurse who just checks all medical information is up to date and the receptionist give you yr pre op kit. Dr Keil meets you just as you go into the theatre, her team are amazing. Thank you for such a professional experience

This clinic has not responded to me after the consultation. They charged over $400 dollars for consult ( not covered by medicare or private health insurance) but then doesn't call me back to organise a procedure. Biggest waste of money.
