I was told that my Humana was good, and i also had Medicare. NOW, after having endoscopy and paying a co pay of $115. they're saying my Medicare is not good, and still owe them a LOT more $$$. I do nor understand why they didn't check the insurance BEFORE the procedure, AND the lady on the phone was VERY rude to me on the phone...my days of going to this scam of a Doctors office are OVER
Amazing doctor and nurse practitioner but the front desk staff is extremely unprofessional. If you can even get a hold of them to change an appointment or make an appointment then you are lucky. If you can make it past the issues with the front desk and actually speak to the medical staff, then you will have a great experience!
I have tried to call and have left several messages to make an appt and no one has called me back. 3 weeks later and still no return call. On to a new dr who answers their phone!
They do not answer the phone and do not return calls for messages left.
If you're thinking about going to them Don't. They made me wait over 2 months for results of a very expensive procedure because the only doctor currently available couldn't make 15min available for me. They will also continuously surprise bill you for months after any visit. 0/5 stars
