His staff is completely incompetent! We have been lied to multiple times and have to call back and make them do their job. It's exhausting, we do not recommend this doctor this reason! Example of first lie: We called to find out why the EGD wasn't scheduled with the colonoscopy (given the symptoms, protocol called for both tests), we were literally told, and I quote, "we don't schedule EGD's with colonoscopies" and when they were called out on that, surprisingly, it was scheduled!
