Excellent experience! Dr Mike Bismar and his office team are wonderful and they all truly care! Dr Mike Bismar discussed the findings and treatment plan following my procedure in such a a way it was easy to understand! Like visiting with an old friend. He asked if I had any questions and explained if I thought of any to just call him at the office. Great customer service and a wonderful caring doctor!
Dr. Mike Bismar and his team are the best! I gave the highest rating of five stars and deserved every one of them! Everyone was friendly, knowledgeable, kind and compassionate! My experience with my gastroenterologist, Dr. Bismar is very positive. I had a couple of digestive system related issues. Dr. Bismar was thorough, attentive, and took time to clearly explain my condition and the available treatment options. Dr Bismar is one of the easiest doctors I’ve ever talked to and get along with. Though very skilled and confident, he’s very down to earth, compassionate, and relatable. I’ve never felt so relaxed going into a procedure (without being medicated beforehand ha, ha). I was nervous and embarrassed with my issues going in for the first visit, but Dr Bismar and his office made me feel way at ease when I left that visit. Dr. Mike Bismar easily diagnosed a problem I had dealt with for several years. I had no success with several other physicians during this period of time. He is not only knowledgeable but thorough and personable as well. He is a very busy man and sometimes wait time in the office runs a bit long. However, the wait is worth it as he takes as much time as is required with each patient to discuss the issues at hand.
