Dr. Maganty is great, but the office staff is less than helpful. I had to be the one to call multiple times as I had an endoscopy scheduled and almost 2 weeks went by without hearing anything for it. When I called the center for the procedure, they had not even received my information until the day before the scheduled procedure, and then the office cancelled the appointment and did not notify me and I made the drive out there and took time off work for this. We were devastated when we found out my husband's GI doc had retired ,However Dr.Maganty was his replacement and we can't thank Dr.Maganty enough for the wonderful care and getting my husband back together with his issues.Dr.Maganty office was closed on Saturday but I left a message and and within 2 hours he had called back himself to speak with me .He's a absolute blessing to us .Seeing this doctor is worth driving the 4hours to see him
