I feel very sad about the receptionist answered the phone like was her cellphone !! unprofessional person nothing polite ! I told her from where I’m calling? she can’t hear me !! Cause I spoke like she did to me very softly … after she started to get my Information hung up the call . I was waiting for she call me back ! And never call me back ! I’m very polite person to go see workers like that !!!

Dr. Baigorri has high standards in terms of customer service. He is very polite, listen the patient and has also taken the time to call me directly to answer few concerns I had before the colonoscopy. I highly recommend him. Last but not least the place is really nice, the staff from the receptionists to the nurses and assistants I felt they all went above and beyond to make me feel confident and cared. Thank you all for such a great service!!!
