Well let's just say we've waited months for an appointment while our daughter has severe gi issues and then out of the blue they just cancel it with no warning and casually announce that they are able to offer an appointment several months away then just hang up the voicemail. Meanwhile they are unreachable and have no way to leave a message other than the portal. That is medical negligence and I am a very frustrated parent at this point. Shame on them.
We have been working with the pediatric gastroenterology team at CS Mott Children's Hospital since 2021, when our daughter was diagnosed with Crohn's Disease. We have consistently received excellent care. We continue ongoing infusions and appointments, and although the medical world is confusing and always will be, the folks at Mott do everything in their power to help their patients and families of patients. Without a doubt, I give a 5 star review.
Being rated #1 children’s hospital in Michigan sure is a stretch. I would never recommend this place to anybody. They don’t care about your health and all the dr could tell me was I need psychological therapy because it was all in my head. I had a colonoscopy and endoscopy done that showed I had cancer cells in my colon and small intestines.
