I will start by saying that Dr. Ravi is a very good physician. That being said her office and the management of it is horrible. I had scheduled in February 2026 a procedure for April 1 for both a colonoscopy and an endoscopy with plenty of time for them to find out my copayment and referral procedures from my insurance company. I am very, very fortunate to have found Dr. Ravi at G.A in Summerfield. I suffered for 4 years with microscopic colitis (meaning no hard stools and constant extreme diarrhea) for over 4 years! and saw 3 different doctors over that time. Dr. Ravi prescribed the same medicine but with a plan on dosage and was very thorough in making sure I knew what I was taking and how to reduce the dosage over time with a systematic method.
