Dr. Rybalov is absolutely the best gastroenterologist I've come across! I switched to him around 2005. Instead of treating you like a number, he asks questions which may lead to multiple tests such as stool sampling and contrast CAT scans. He had me awake during the last sigmoidoscopy, was gentle and didn't hurt while taking 2 biopsies and showing me the radiation burns in my colon! On a couple of previous occasions, he has removed multiple dangerous polyps!
Support staff, Michelle in particular, is extremely rude. She was rude to me on several occasions on the phone and in voice messages that she has left. She was also rude to my husband when he called to make a follow up appointment. I am changing doctors as soon as I finish my next result. Dr. Rybalov, you can blame Michelle for patient loss. No one wants to visit a gastroenterologist. We make these appointments because something is wrong. Maybe you can treat patients with respect and kindness.
First time patient. Came highly recommended and now I know why. He was patient, caring, respectful. Everything you could ever ask for in a doctor. If you need a gastroenterologist in the Morris County area, he’s your guy!
