On my first visit, I gave the office my PO Box. They mailed my bill to my home. I have no mail receptacle. I was scheduled for a colonoscopy on July 29, 2026, 5 months out. I was told Medicare patients can only be scheduled on Wednesdays. In May 2026, I was called and told I would have to be rescheduled for August 2026. I had two appointments and both were with the NP who was very rude. Only met Dr Shannon for 3 seconds before the sedation kicked in. Will not be going back there. Some of us like to be treated with a little bit more consideration and empathy. The front office lady was very sweet as if to compensate for what happens in the back.
The staff was friendly, efficient, knowledgeable, and answered all my questions which made my visit very pleasant.
Dr. Shannon did colonoscopies for myself and my husband this week! He’s an excellent doctor. He also has a great personality! Highly recommend!
