I would give them zero stars. The front desk staff does not have any customer service and it was truly worth me just leaving out of the office. As a first time patient, it should have been much better. Unfortunately it was not.
From arrival to exam, I was made to feel important and cared for. The conversations about my concerns, with everyone I encountered was thorough. I did not feel rushed, pressured or lied to. The care and professionalism - 10/10.
From the moment I entered the office everything about the place was pleasant. The fish tank was even squeaky clean. The staff were very very friendly and explained everything in detail. I have an appointment in 2 weeks which is unheard of from a specialist. I can honestly say I feel very comfortable and looking forward to my first colonoscopy.
