I had two appointments and both were with the NP who was very rude. Only met Dr Shannon for 3 seconds before the sedation kicked in. Will not be going back there. Some of us like to be treated with a little bit more consideration and empathy. The front office lady was very sweet as if to compensate for what happens in the back.
The staff was friendly, efficient, knowledgeable, and answered all my questions which made my visit very pleasant.
Dr. Shannon did colonoscopies for myself and my husband this week! He’s an excellent doctor. He also has a great personality! Highly recommend!
The staff was great--friendly, efficient, answered all my questions, concerns. Didn't meet Dr. Shannon until the actual procedure, but heard great things about him. He greeted me warmly and put me at ease just before the twilight sleep kicked in. He was recommended by my women's health physician, and she's one of his patients, so I figured I couldn't go wrong. I felt like I was in good hands.
