This practice lost a patient today because the front desk receptionist decided to chastise me for not having a physical insurance card with me for my appointment. (No such card currently exists in my possession. I just got new insurance two weeks ago and told whomever called me to confirm my appointment earlier this week that this was the case.) Today Dr. Vahe Shahnazarian performed my first colonoscopy. The experience was exceptional. He was professional and quelled my nerves. It took about an hour of my time. Dr Fan who was the anesthesiologist was also great, he made me laugh, before and after my procedure. Everyone should go for a colonoscopy because it’s the easiest cancer to prevent and I highly recommended Dr Shahnazarian
