Never even saw the doctor . After a 35 minute drive to the appointment, I evidently was 4 minutes past the 15 minute “deadline “ for a prescription list. And, when I provided, and told them the frequency, I was not believed. My word was inadequate. I was deemed for a reschedule. Not just no, but, hell, no! If I could give a zero, I would! And, I think I got charged for this nonsense!
Had my 6month follow up appt on 8/22 @9am. When I arrived I was informed that I did not have an appt. After about 10 min of the receptionist trying to find out what was going on she told me my appt was canceled. I was told the 6mo follow wasn't necessary so they took it upon themselves to cancel my appt and then not even call me to let me know. Very unprofessional
I wasnt a patient but was waiting in waiting area and noticed a lady had to come back to waiting area bathroom to do a urine sample and take it back through people in the waiting room..I found that not so private..that type of thing should not happen in the waiting area...no privacy..
