I want to say that this place made me feel so comfortable. I am not sure why there are so many bad reviews. Yes, the waiting area is tiny, and the receptionist was not nice, even when you're on the phone. But the nurses, the Doctor, and the anesthesia staff were amazing! I was so scared; they made sure I was comfortable and really calmed me down. Amazing staff! Thank you for making my stay amazing! You guys make a difference, trust and believe!
Had high hopes going here as it was the doctor listed on my discharge papers so there was initial trust. So many red flags as soon as I walked into this dingy sketchy Encino clinic. Suite LL was more of a basement than a lower lobby TBH. I was trying to process how this was actually a place I would seek any kind of care. The entire office, from the waiting area to the exam rooms were so unwelcoming. First, I tried to make appointment over the phone ,they asked weird questions about my tattoos and drugs addiction (not sure how it's relates to gastroenterology )and said that I could only have appointment over the phone . I declined the offer and hung up on them because I lived in apartment complex and don't want to screaming over the phone so my neighbors could hear everything about my addiction or about my butt tattoos . I have not got far in the process after being referred to this office. There appointments, including tele-health calls for a simple intake survey, are booked a couple months out. We made an appointment for 1:00pm. I recieved the call at 12:54pm. I asked the caller to call me back at 1:00pm as I was at work and could not punch out yet. She responded with an annoyed tone and told me she would have to call back later.
