Worst customer service ever
The worst call center, they did not know how to do there Job and because of that my scheduled appointment was cancelled. An appointment that I had 3 months in advance. Joe A the new patient scheduler started raising his voice and interrupted me plenty of times , he didn't want to help me or give me all the information I needed. He kept switching up his side of the story on why things weren't being handled, everything he said wasn't constant which made me believe he was lying. My mom went to this office last year after suffering perforated diverticulitis and having to get an ostomy bag. Our experience was pretty good. We saw Csilla Fodor, NP and she was great. My mom had a colonoscopy on 2/3/25 and we’re still waiting on results The day of the procedure we were told if anything was off they were to let us know that day but the nurse said it all look well so we just had to call and make an appt again just to go over the results with the doctor. Worst office staff! List of headaches i experienced: Never talked to dr and a nurse decided me to have colonoscopy and endoscopy, never meet the dr till i got anesthesia... The office sent me 3 times instructions for colonoscopy in Hispanic which i can't read and every time i receved it in Hispanic again end up finding Hispanic translator to English!
