he doctor was excellent—professional, personable, and put me at ease. The nurses were also wonderful and very kind. Unfortunately, my experience at the front desk was the opposite. The receptionist was unfriendly and made check-in more difficult than it needed to be. I honestly considered turning around and leaving before my appointment. I also had ongoing problems with the patient portal. Fortunately, once I got past the front desk, the medical care was outstanding.
