They need to grow a heart, everyone of them! The office personell needs to all be fired! They are all very unfriendly and not helpful at all!
had an appointment at hospital today at sacred heart, was told it was canceclled due to insurance no approved, someone who does insurance dropped the ball,been off meds, got clearence from heart dr. drank that mess, havent eaten in 36hrs,due to someone not doing there job. ps. also had to take the day off
Appointment desk is not very helpful ! They continue to send email after I've cancelled an appointment, threatening to charge me for an appointment that I have cancelled.
So far so good, some of the ladies at the front desk not to friendly
