Could not have had a better experience for my colonoscopy. Everyone from the front desk to the doctor and in between was so kind and comforting.

This office needs to get their act together. I have been asking for my records. My doctor has been asking for my records In regards to a procedure, I had done there. They asked me to sign on the portal, which is great, but it doesn't show any of my records. The reason being is the person who is suppose to scan these records into the computer is not doing their job!!!! The doctor opened my file and said I need to come for a colonoscopy. I'm not typically the type of person that leaves a bad review for anything, but with the amount of problems I've had, I suppose it's time. I went to GI associates a few years ago, and didn't have a very responsive experience. They didn't call me back, and I never went back. After a recent development with health, I was referred to them again. If I had realized it was the same office, I wouldn't have gone. My name has been legally changed for years.
