This office needs to get their act together. I have been asking for my records. My doctor has been asking for my records In regards to a procedure, I had done there. They asked me to sign on the portal, which is great, but it doesn't show any of my records. We’ve been trying to get an endoscopy appointment for 6mo and this practice never answers their phone. When you are able to talk to them, their procedure schedules are either fully booked or not open yet, which is very frustrating. Even worse, then they mail you a letter saying that you haven’t been in contact with them as per their instructions.
