Dr. Quarta was courteous, kind, and took the time to explain everything in detail. His professionalism and bedside manner made the visit a comfortable and reassuring experience. The staff was also extremely helpful and pleasant. It’s hard finding this type of customer service these days. Highly recommend!
Wish i could give something below zero, the billing department is a circus, they agreed when in call with insurance that my plan is in network , but after the visit they are saying it is not, impossible to get anyone on the phone to speak with, the staff are outright rude and have zero professional courtesy. Now i have to find a new doctor and have to cancel a procedure
Horrendous. If I could give less than one star, I would. My appt was at 11- I arrived at 10:45. Packed waiting room. By 11:30, Dr. Ruiz was calling in patients who had a 10am appt. Didn’t even bother to reschedule when the “office manager” told me Dr. Was late today- doesn’t bode well for a future appt. They had already taken my co pay and now I have to deal with their billing dept to try get it refunded. Trust me dont go, you'll be waiting for more than an hour. Came in at 10:45 and waited until 12.25 until we had to cancel our appointment. Totally unacceptable, even a patient who came after was taken in before us. Warning!!!! Stay away! Save yourself some stress and find another place.
