We have had some issues, but if you talk to them, they will right the wrongs. They are nice. Just short staffed. Thank you to G.A.M.
5 stars for them now. They are going way out of thier way to make things right. I am sorry about my last review. Birdeye won't let you change anything! So I will hope this review hide the old one better. This is the only reason I'm putting a one star, is so the other one star moves. Dr Monteral is Good. His assistant, has been just mean. Smiled at me there. But refused to change my prescription location (because that building was torn down) after many calls and messages. I had go up and ask the lady at the desk for help. She leaves me waiting after procedures ( first 1 was 6 weeks, the 2nd over 14 weeks) and she wont call. So I called and said I don't wanna go back. So I will never know the results. I've given up hope on all doctors I'm just going to let it kill me. Thanks Kathy with all the angels ever... read more
