The care was excellent. Everyone was polite and made me feel at ease. Everything went smoothly and right on time.
The office staff are a super 1st point of contact. Katie Muldoon NP is absolutely fantastic. What a very complete 1st visit to discuss my health. Dr Biak spoke w/me prior to the procedure & took time to answer all of my questions. Katie Muldoon NP is absolutely fantastic. The staff was outstanding & treated me as if I were their family. The anesthesiologist took time to discuss her part in my healthcare & helped to offset my worries. I would give them 10 stars if I could. My experience from beginning to end was amazing. The provider and the staff were attentive, knowledgeable, patient, kind and supportive. I haven’t been to a doctor’s office like this in years! This is truly an exceptional place. The anesthesia, the nurses, the office staff and the doctor…they are extremely busy please have patience because it’s truly worth it!! I would recommend them to anyone!! Dr. Daniel Baik thank you. I had a great experience with Katie Muldoon! She was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to really listen and explain everything clearly. The office was very clean and comfortable, and the entire staff was friendly and welcoming. I felt well taken care of from start to finish. Highly recommend!
I had my appointment with Katie Muldoon, and I couldn’t be more grateful for the care I received. She was incredibly kind, patient, and understanding throughout our visit. She took the time to really listen to my concerns and explained everything clearly in a way that made me feel comfortable and informed. It’s not always easy to feel that level of connection, but Katie made it feel personal and supportive. I truly appreciate her help and highly recommend her!!
