I love the staff up front. They go out there way to help me. If I could give them 10 stars I would great job.
I really appreciate all the patience and understanding from everyone in this office, they work as a good team. There have been some issues with the phone and online chat feature but Amy, who works the front desk, is consistently promptly responsive and has always been helpful in getting my messages through to my care team as fast as possible. Thank you all!
Dr is great. However the phone system is horrible. We were needing important paperwork so he could get an imaging appointment for his liver. We have called 4 days morning until they close ,leaving multiple messages. We get no response the majority of the time. We live an hour away from there and it’s not feasible to just drive there to get paperwork. He is sick or fatigued from his liver cirrhosis most of the time so he doesn’t feel like it.
