Dr Geist is a very good gastroenterologist. However, communication is extremely difficult at this office. U go through an app called Klara, but you have to go to a different site to see your lab results. I have started scheduling appointments for Dr Geist to go over my results with me. My main concern at this time is Fibrosis stage 3. I wish I knew when I was a stage 1 or stage 2??? Nothing was mentioned until I hit stage 3. It’s the final stage before cirrhosis develops. If I could give this place zero stars I would. I am normally not one to complain and I’m usually pretty go with the flow, but my experience thus far with office has been unreal. I was referred here because my body went haywire after having a baby. My labs were all over the place as were my liver enzymes. (For reference I don’t drink alcohol, I don’t take any medications, and I’m a relatively healthy person).
