I had an unpleasant first time experience with the receptionist and the provider. I arrived 1 minute past the grace period for my appointment, which I know would justify the appointment being cancelled, but that wasn’t my issue. Basically, I had to wait a couple minutes until the receptionist was off the phone with a client to even check in and when she was about to assist me, the receptionist said we needed to reschedule because the doctor already wrote the appointment down as a no show before I arrived? On time visit. Nurse was nice
If I could rate them with 6 or more stars I would! Dr. Rierdon and associates are top notch. They listen, they evaluate, and treat accordingly, all with professionalism and a level of thoroughness that rivals other doctors, even those of other specialties!
I can’t say enough about how accommodating this practice is .. And how fast they treated my son whom is at college 3 hours away . Sarah was especially helpful in getting him in and very nice . I couldn’t be more grateful to all they have done to help him ! Thank you !
