1 review 1.0 star rating 5/11/2016 Dr Mauer is a great doctor, however I have been insulted by his staff multiple times. Their rudeness and terrible customer service have made me not want to return. When a patient calls a doctors office to ask a question about a test the receptionist should not reply "read the instructions" and hang up. When the nurse tells a patient to call to make a follow up appointment, and the patient calls, the other nurse should not tell the patient "its not her job, call someone else".
