I didn't get screened by a nurse until 15 mins after my appointment time. I waited over 50 minutes in a consultation room with no cell service without seeing the Dr or anybody else. Either they forgot about me or have no respect for their patients time. 1 star because they quickly refunded my Co-pay.
They never answer calls or emails. It is impossible to schedule any appointments. What good is it if they are good doctors if the front office staff does not have open communication.
I'm trying to schedule an appointment using their website and it does nothing
Upon arrival, I was not greeted, and the front desk was unattended. When the receptionist finally arrived, she displayed a very unprofessional attitude and became visibly stressed, taking it out on me and another client while asking for help from coworkers who did not intervene. The front-line service here needs significant improvement, and I will not be returning.
