They are fast and courteous and do their best to make you comfortable
For some reason, Dr. Naik recorded a physical exam in my records with a palpation of my abdomen that never occurred. Why would any doctor record inaccurate information like this? I have never experienced that in all of my life. The staff also recorded I had hernia surgery. That I can understand was them going too quickly when entering information, but it still was inaccurate and an error. I was able to correct that in my patient portal, but I am not able to correct the false medical exam with palpitation of my abdomen. The o... read more
I didn't get screened by a nurse until 15 mins after my appointment time. I waited over 50 minutes in a consultation room with no cell service without seeing the Dr or anybody else. Either they forgot about me or have no respect for their patients time. 1 star because they quickly refunded my Co-pay.
