The doctors are friendly and probably helpful but the staff is extremely slow. I’ve waited 20-30 minutes past my appt time multiple times. And the doctors try and see you very fast. I’ve had the most luck with my doctors assistant.

RecommendedThey have several gastroenterologist doctors there and they all appear to work together. Dr Aram has excellent bedside manners and take her rime explaining procedures/test results to you. She genuinely care about her patients. Very impressive and professional doctor office. I HIGHLY recommend.

This has to be the WORST medical office I've ever seen. It takes them WEEKS to return calls, IF they return them. They don't know how to fill out or fax documents necessary for short-term disability (or anything else, for that matter). They behave as if they've no idea what it's like to deal with painful, chronic illness, like Crohn's disease. They are simply, all around incompetent and too preoccupied with goodness what instead of their patients.
The staff was less than competent with regards to billing and unable to explain simple billing questions leaving me concerned and anxious prior to my procedure.
The bills just kept coming in

Negative on Middlesex Gastroenterology from me. I stopped using them years ago. I used to see Dr Devarajan there. No issues with his medical skills, however I felt let down, if not outright duped, by their billing. They referred me for some outpatient procedure to Emerson, where I explicitly confirmed, both in advance and again on the operation table directly from the doctor before being put to sleep, that he was in network for my insurance (good PPO coverage. never an issue before or after), only to be charged hundreds of d... read more
