The receptionist who seemed like she wasn’t sure what my copay should be decided to mention on the way out that I’ll need to pay a deposit for the procedures I was planning on scheduling and it will be expensive so if I want to find another provider, I can. Felt like a slap in the face to me. I would think that the costs would be discussed during consultation and with someone who was competent enough to know a much more accurate estimate. #OneJob

e service, I would go elsewhere. I saw Dr. Jobraun first, Lacked communication skills, was in a rush, treated you like crap. Could care less about your health and your well being. After the endo I was so bruised and banged up I couldn't walk or breathe nor eat. I thought this was normal until I went to a different dr and found out he did it wrong and was not careful, he did a lot of damage. I agree with jojo40. We were the first appointment after lunch and he kept us waiting for an hour and a half. Made us talk to a CNA, his nurse, his PA and then him. All asked up the exact same questions. We drove all the way from Riverton and since he hadn't bothered to even look at the referral we have to go back again 2 days later to have an actual procedure done. He spent all of 3 minutes with us and very dismissive of me in particular, probably because I'm a woman.

This was the worst experiences I have every had with a doctor, his associates, and even his office staff. I would never recommend them to anyone. The doctor was very dismissive I felt ignored. The surgery center they use is HORRIBLE. Whoever took my calls was extremely rude.
