I called this morning to see if I was able to change my appointment from in person to virtual or on the phone, but if not I understood. I had explained that a medical emergency in our family came up and I needed to drive in the middle of the night to watch my newborn niece. The woman who took my call was very rude. If you want a Doctor (or Nurse Practitioner), or a Nurse, who returns your calls in a timely manner, this is not the place for your. I understand they had hacker issues, and the system has been down for weeks, but you need to keep track of your patients and return their calls when they are worried about the severity of the pains they are experiencing!! It would be nice to receive test results in a timely manner, and also to be told WHY you need to have an MRI before the technician calls you to say the test was ordered as “Ur... read more
