$100 co-pay for a follow up appointment lasting 2 minutes to tell me to come back in 5 years. This could have been a phone call or a letter… did not need to take my $$. Will not be back.

I did not get to see the doctor and cannot comment on him. I had an extremely distressing experience with this gastroenterology office. During my initial visit as a new patient with a serious condition, the receptionist was unwelcoming, and the RN was similarly cold. I was assured someone would "be in contact" to handle the preauthorization paperwork for my medication promptly. Good luck speaking to the medical professional on your test results. Missed the call due to work, called right back and they refused to let me speak to the provider who originally called or any provider for that matter. Had the non medical personal relay labs results. When asked for a call back from provider to go over the results from a medical professional was told "you can make an apt". Completely unprofessional and goes against all scopes of practice and patient rights.
