I was in ER room & the Dr. there told me to get a referral to this dept from my primary care which I did for severe upper abdominal pain. This office took 5 wks to call me back & when they did, it was a male receptionist who told me that the Dr. (Name starts with A) would not see me because I hadn't had colonscopy & because I had had a kinked bowel from 2001!!! Excellent attention from physician and his staff. They are very kind. They speak quickly, and write multiple instructions on/over preprinted instructions; so I hope as I go to perform my prep, all of the surgery scheduler’s notations make sense. The kindness and professionalism really stands out. It seems the rest of Adventist Health could take a lesson.
